Our server Philly was up-beat, friendly, fun and made sure my old fashion drink was made correctly. She served our food in a timely manner.
Been eating here for 13 years. The food and service is excellent. Seafood is cooked properly, never overcooked. Casual fish camp type atmosphere that is very Florida. There is usually a wait because the word is out in The Villages.
Had a great time with family celebrating Candys birthday. The food and service was excellent. Highly recommend making reservations...and expect a wait...but plenty of photo opportunities especially at sunset
All of our meals were perfect...Shrimp & Grits, Fried Shrimp Platter and Seafood Roll
Tim is one of the best servers I've ever had. He took the intiative to make us very satisfied by listening to our orders and fixing them to accommodate us before our plates reached our table. This problem solving in its simplest form. If only you could clone him. This being said, we've never had bad service at Lighthouse Point, we were just really not expecting such service from someone so young. Coodos to the manager for hiring this young man as a server.
Average casual "dockside" seafood serving sandwiches and such (grouper sandwiches, etc.). The calamari appetizer with the sauce was good. Service was good, and all the staff was friendly. Nice setting with indoor and outdoor seating along the water.
We took our out of state guest to The Villages after picking her up at The Orlando Airport. We had dinner at The Lighthouse. We were fortunate enough to be seated outside so we could enjoy Florida warmth, Lake Sumter, our drinks and delicious food.
As far as the food goes, I ordered the grilled tuna and my mom ordered the chicken breast sandwich (both with fries and slaw). Both were very good and their fries and onion rings were crispy and delicious.
