First let me start with saying I have never written a review on a company. Even with some bad service I have received from other companies. I placed an order on May 31st to send flowers to my daughters mother. I found out she was not going to be there and called back within 5 minutes of the order being placed online. They cancelled the order and said they had to have the manager authorize the refund. I waited 3 days and received no phone call. I called and was told again they were waiting on a phone call and other refunds that had not been processed since Mother's Day. I have called multiple times now for 3 weeks and still have not received a phone call from a manager or received the refund. Very unprofessional business. I don't recommend them what so ever.
Do not order from this place. The number on website 414 5535 is different then the number on the recording which is filled and can't leave a message. That number is 350 7979. I have been waiting all day for a delivery for my mom's 70th Birthday. No call from florist/ no answer at Florist but they were happy to take my money.
Never order from this Florist!!! I ordered a $50+ arrangement for my parents Anniversary. So embarrassing! It looked like a cheesy $15 boquet! And the flower petals were falling off as it was delivered! Not one flower that I requested was in the arrangements.
Completely UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I placed an order for my Mother to receive a package on Mother's Day! I figured even if she received it a day late I would've been okay (understanding that Mother's Day is their busiest day). Not only did she NOT receive her package after a week (instructions said to leave package on front porch if no answer), but there was no message left with the recipient or myself, the ordering customer! I call this CRIMINAL!!! So, basically my account was charged with NO product received and the CSR was NOT HELPFUL nor did she refund my account immediately like I requested!!! I find this completely unacceptable and will never use this company again! BUYER BEWARE!
