We had a wonderful experience at City Furniture. We had come in out of the rain to browse. The showroom was clean and full of wonderful items, which we noted immediately. The sales representative Beth James was so delightful and helpful, we ended up buying a dinning room table and buffet, a kitchen table and our master bed room set. We were in the showroom for some time and became instant friends with Beth. She was warm and friendly. She was knowledgeable about all of the showroom pieces we were interested in. I can honestly say that if not for Beth, we would have simply browsed and left the store. Because of our initial experience, we returned to the same showroom to see Beth and purchase additional pieces of furniture for our new home.
My wife and I purchase a sofa and love seat at City Furniture a few days ago. Our sales person, Yolanda, was very attentive and thorough, showing all that would fit our needs and had helpful suggestions. We are pleased with our selections and recommend Yolanda as "the person to see"
We have made several purchases with City Furniture and the Show Room assistance, quality of the furniture and the delivery and set up have been excellent
Colin was very professional he helped my husband and I pick out a fabulous bedroom and mattress. The prices are great! 2 days later my delivery arrived right on time, the delivery guys were also excellent!!! This is a 1st class company!
Very disappointing place have liars working there. They sell junk and I did eveything they said to get financing and purchase a good bed and now they won’t help fix their mistakes. They took advantage of my disability I am stuck with a bed that is not working for me that they do not take back if exchange. They do not do what they promise worse place ever. Do not go here
