I'm an unusual person to leave a review, BUT, I have had such terrific service when I have uses Arden's repair services. On my first visit to the shop I need 40 prongs on my wedding band tipped. I had been quoted an outrageous price by another jeweler. Blake did the job for 1/3 the original quote. Blake had repaired a chain and a pin (of no value except sentimental) always with a smile. The staff is always pleasant. Blake keeps telling me he's going to sell something to me one of these days. MAYBE. The eye candy is beautiful. Arden's Fine Jewelers should be named Arden's EXCELLENT Jewelers because that is the kind of service I receive each time I walk in the door. With superb sales staff and welcoming owners, Nedra and Victor, I always leave satisfied with my purchases. Anytime I need a repair or want to add to my collection, this is the ONLY jewelry store I trust. I 10/10 highly recommend this store for all occasions such as birthdays, holidays, anniversary, or even a nice surprise for someone special. They even offer jewelry cleanings! The best service with an array of selection rarely seen in one store. The craftsmanship of one of kind designs is absolutely breathtaking. There is not a time that I don't wear one of my Arden pieces that people dont marvel with compliments. It's a one of a kind service that makes you feel so special long after you've left their store.
I highly recommend Arden's Fine Jewelers, especially if you are interested in customized pieces. I've had another ring custom made a few years ago, but this time I brought in diamonds from 2 different pieces of jewelry that were given to me that wanted to be incorporated into a wedding band. I brought in a picture to Blake, the owner, to give him an idea of what I wanted and he was able to create a wedding band that was completely unique, new, and special to me. He was able to use my stones and even went above and beyond my expectations! Working with him and his wife/co-owner, Kate, has been nothing but a pleasure. They are incredibly customer oriented and I will be a customer of theirs for years to come!
