The Eisenhower Regional Recreational Center is a combination rec center for the Villages and a museum dedicated to the military. Each room is beautifully decorated with original WWII artifacts, many of which were donated or collected from local Village residents. The Villages has the largest population of WWII Veterans still living. The building is a wonderful tribute to men and women who served our country. The floral arrangement outside are beautiful. Every year the Villages Model Train club puts on an enormous display, covering several rooms, that is a real treat to see. The attention to detail in all things miniature trains is extraordinary. You do not need to be a resident to visit this wonderful facility. It is free to enter and open to the public.

Unbelievable historic experience. No other place in the world could have a recreation center that's a museum. Donated artifacts from the Civil War to today. A must see!
