We eat here a lot. Very disappointed in the cleanliness and the quality this visit. Could be an off day but not happy with the service today.
Have been a customer from this Denny’s for about 8 years , we literally go once a week and are familiar with almost all the waitresses. The food is excellent no complain but when it comes ordering food for pickup it’s is absoulsty horrendous, I have worked at a food truck and even WE make sure we double check we give out the customers full order. Not the case for this Denny’s, EVERYTIME I have ordered for pickup something is always ,missing when I get home. Either something is missing or an order is wrong. So now I have to make sure I double check my order everytime I make one. Why do I have make up someone else’s job? I actually just came back from a pickup and when I was on the phone with the employee ( she had messed up our order previous times) she was unfamilar with certain dishes so I had to inform her.
I prefer their breakfast items.... But every now and then I'll grab a dinner...I tend to prefer eating low sodium, low fat, less processing..etc. so I don't get here very often.. but breakfast is my favorite here
There was no silverware at the table, she grabbed another set from another table but they were not clean, you could see stuff on the napkin. I ordered the pot roast, the gravy was barely warm, barely any meat with it. I received crunchy carrots. The potatoes and garlic bread was tasty.
Upon leaving we requested a to go container, the waitress did not bring to go utensils. We had to ask for them.
The pancakes were ordered and she said they were good.
Upon arriving we waited approximately 10 minutes before the waitress arrived to get our drink order, we went ahead and ordered at that time. I ordered no lemon in my water but as soon as I took a drink, I could tell she took the lemon out. My glass was dirty also, it had hard stuff stuck too it.
And they forgot my pancakes, and a sauce I ordered so I had to back into the store and get it again luckily I had checked my food 3 times at the restaurant. Or I would have had to waste my gas to back at the store. Unfortunately they did forget my fruit cup for a fit slam and I also forgot to check it , so right now my brother is on the way to pick it up! So dissapointing and frustrating because its very often this happens. I always eat my food with anger when I get home. Please get this fixed!
The host Hallie is very friendly and food is very good and reasonable prices. Servers are also nice
Excellent Denny's location. I had the Turkey and Dressing Dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy, sweet corn, cranberry sauce, real butter and toasted English muffins. The price was only $9.99 and with the 15 % AARP discount it was only $8.49. Excellent value, great service and a very clean franchised location.
