I have purchased several pair of shoes here. Recently I bought a pair and had an issue with them. I no longer had my receipt and had left Florida to come back home to Canada. The owner, David, not only took my issue to the manufacturer for me, he mailed me a brand new pair of shoes! I even asked if I could change the color and he did that. I couldn't be more impressed with the customer service I received!!!
I've bought 3 pair of shoes and in 6 months thay have fallen apart at the seams I called and they said on the phone thay would replace them if I had a racist brought back and they refuse to replace them very disappointed dishonest owners thay told me to call the manufacturer thanks
