Fun place with music every night. Look at The Villages website for announcements of special events. Nice family atmosphere with plenty of places to eat, drink and shop.
I love Brownwood its my favorite place to go in the Villages on the weekends especially the movie theaters, the great restaurants, and all of the little shoppes. On some nights there will even be live music in the square where you can dance or just watch and hangout.
Love the atmosphere. Decor is spot on. Always a good time. Lots of great businesses around to choose from. Love the dancing, it's a mix of all ages and all walks of life.
They have the best movie theater by far (Barnstorm.) The theater has stadium seating with plenty of leg room for someone to walk in front of you without any disturbance. And their seats are very comfortable and rock. They have a lot of good restaurant options but I'd like to see more shops.
Great Western themed Town Center... Food, Drinks and more... pleasant environment.
