The office is a bit on the small side, so it can get crowded quickly. But, we were assisted fairly quickly (less than 10 mins wait), and in short order we had our Chrysler Pacifica and were on our way.
Very good. No waiting an easy process after registering information on line. Would use them again. Even got a ride home after returning the car.
All in all, I would definitely use this Enterprise office again.

Keith, the csr, showed us the highlights of the van and was a very good explainer. Having never driven a Pacifica before, it was good to have a brief primer on the controls.
Enterprise needs an accurate way to identify when cars are return to places with nobody there. My bill was incorrectly doubled and it was a difficult processing to correct the problem. If you are going to change the contract, I should be notified in advance and given a way to agree or not.
Got lost heading there and called to let them knownGPS had is a few blocks away. We got there and they locked up and was heading out the back door. Needless to say they did help me get my car when I told them I called and the man said he would wait. ( He left ) Thania helped and was very pleasant.
Just a note to say thank you to the staff at Enterprise. I don't have a vehicle and depend on Enterprise to "pick me up and drop me at home" and Ryan and his Staff are always right on their game. From the inside folks to the guys outside, everyone is conscientious and always makes me feel important. Thank you for your 1st Class Service.
We did have an issue with the car when the touchscreen stopped working. A call to Enterprise had them suggest a few things, and then eventually to get to another Enterprise office while on our journey to exchange the car. Fortunately, we did not have to do this as a " reboot" (meaning shut the car off and start it back up) resolved the problem. But they were very helpful and accommodating.
